三星手機的Facebook App 刪不掉,引發用戶不滿

有些人並不特別喜歡使用Facebook,但Facebook 有時卻無法甩開。有美國用戶發現在購買了三星(Samsung)手機之後,無法刪除手機預載的Facebook 應用程式

有用家在2017 年購買了三星的Galaxy S8 手機,後來想要刪掉預載的Facebook 應用程式卻無法刪除,只有「停用」選項可選擇。Winke對這種狀況感到困惑,不確定Facebook 在「停用」後是否還能繼續追蹤自己的資訊和位置。自從Facebook 在2018 年爆發個資外洩醜聞之後,許多消費者對個資和隱私保護變得更敏感,有些人甚至刪除了Facebook 帳號,因此Facebook 應用程式無法刪除自然引起部分消費者焦慮。

Facebook 發言人表示,應用程式停用之後就像刪除,不會繼續蒐集和回傳資料給Facebook,而應用程式能否刪除取決於Facebook 和手機製造商達成的預載協議。不過Facebook 拒絕公布已經預先下載無法刪除版本應用程式的廠商名單,僅表示與廠商的協議依地區和類型而有不同。消費者無法事先得知手機預載的Facebook 應用程式能否刪除,除非購買前特地詢問客服人員。

三星表示部分型號有預先安裝Facebook 應用程式,如果不想使用可以選擇停用。Facebook並非唯一會在手機預載應用程式的公司,包括Google、Amazon和Twitter 都有和手機廠商達成協議,在Android 手機提供預載的應用程式,不過蘋果(Apple)的iPhone 則沒有預載任何第三方應用程式

對於這種強迫下載又不能刪除的狀況,許多消費者表示不滿,甚至在Twitter 表示下一支手機將不再選擇三星,轉投其他廠商的懷抱。數位民主中心的Jeff Chester 則認為Facebook 應該公開相關文件,證明應用程式停用之後不會繼續蒐集資料。

1、Enlight 應用工具/照片編輯類

在iOS平台上,照片應用軟體可說是多不勝舉,能獲蘋果評選為年度最佳設計獎,這款功能超強大的照片影像軟體「Enlight」,絕對是實至名歸。

進化到第三代的「Things 3」,整合行事曆、代辦事項清單、行程規劃等強大互動功能,這款非常知名的代辦事項管理工具,早已是許多果粉手機平板必載的基本配備。它的特色是非常簡單、非常實用、非常俐落,重點是還能夠同時支援 iPhone、iPad 與 Mac 跨設備同步的操作使用。

3.AirMail 3 應用工具/電子郵件類

功能強大的「Airmail 3」電子郵件App,由義大利Bloop開發設計。

這款屬於寫作工具的「Bear」,可在 iPhone、iPad、Mac 上使用,具備流暢易用的操作設計特色,此外,還支援超過20種語言、支援標籤 (#hashtags)、字數計算等強大功能。

5.Elk 應用工具/貨幣匯率類

「Elk」以一分為二的顯示介面,滑動螢幕即可迅速換算貨幣匯率,由新加坡 Clean Shaven 開發團隊設計。

可支援iPhone 與 Apple Watch 使用的「Elk」,可快速換算全球達150種以上的貨幣匯率,並能依據使用者所在地點,自動切換為當地時區與貨幣。另,跟一般貨幣換算App很不同的是,「Elk」的整體介面,展現極簡優雅的美感風格,以螢幕一分為二的顯示介面,讓使用者在滑動時即可完成匯率轉換,省去不必要的點選步驟。

6.Lake 應用工具/著色本類

趣味可愛的彩繪著色本「Lake」App。

這款趣味可愛的彩繪著色本「Lake」,適合各年齡層使用,可以選擇多款筆刷效果,且操作簡單,讓使用者在使用過程中,會很有成就感。整體操作介面設計,不但簡約清新,且還具備療癒人心的魅力。由斯洛維尼亞Lake d.o.o所開發,適用於iPhone 、iPad。

這款料理App「Kitchen Stories」,由德國柏林新創公司 AJNS New Media 所開發。不僅提供簡單易用的食譜資訊,並整合廚房料理教學做菜的影音內容,最特別的是,影音內容製作皆為原創,創新性十足。此外,在iPhone、Apple Watch、iPad、Apple TV上,都能提供一致的使用體驗。

2017 最好用 25 款 APP!《時代周刊》搶先評選

許多 APP 重度使用者無時無刻都在尋找方便實用、最新最潮流的應用程式,然而 Apple store 與 Google play 上超過兩百萬的應用程式實在讓人眼花撩亂,看到新工具想嘗試,又擔心下載到不好用的程式,還得多一道解除安裝的程序。在 2017 還未過半,

《時代周刊》在前幾日就捷足先登地評選了 2017 年至今最好用的 25 款 APP,其中涵蓋了工具類、影像類、社交類、遊戲類等多個領域,相信能讓大家在不斷推陳出新的軟體商城中能更快尋到好用的工具。

在社交類部分名次最前的 Instagram,近四個月的使用者數量從 6 億飆升至 7 億,添加了許多新功能,其中限時動態的更新更是一大亮點,變臉濾鏡、影片倒轉播放還能加上 hashtag,可以說是集合了 Snapchat 和 變臉濾鏡程式(如 Snow、B612 ),而在近日限時動態上可以加入連結的功能進入了測試階段,只要向上滑動頁面,便可以導入連結網頁,不過目前只有經過驗證的用戶才可使用,相信日後這項功能正式啟用後,將會對許多商業官方帳號是一樣重要的網站流量來源,也能解決行銷人員在經營官方 IG 時無法套入連結檢視成效的問題。

其中也有一款和 Instagram 相關的工具「Focalmark」,可以針對發文內容、地點,自動產生許多相關的 Hashtag,直接把生成的內容直接送入 Instagram 中,也可以透過複製在其他軟體上使用。

另外,在生產力工具類的部分,被評選為最前的則是「 Microsoft To-Do」,這款全新雲端待辦清單工具是 Microsoft 在今年收購了待辦清單軟體「Wunderlist」所推出的,除了有跨平台的網頁、手機 App 與電腦軟體,擷取了 Wunderlist 的部分特色,更加入了號稱「智慧建議」的功能,在 Microsoft 的介紹中,很強調此項功能,當使用者有許多待辦任務時,「 Microsoft  To-Do 」可以根據會根據即將到期日、提醒日等等,用更簡單的方式建議我們「我的一天」應該優先執行什麼行動。

在此次也有兩款為亞洲團隊所開發的 APP,其中一款「美圖秀秀」,相信大家一定不陌生的這個超級好用的修圖軟體,而更新的版本也有越來越多的濾鏡與特效功能。另一款則是影音剪輯軟體「Musical.ly」,搭配內建的音樂,可以快速剪輯長度約 15 秒的 MV,若是選擇熱門歌曲,透過口型與肢體動作來搭配錄影。

美國的iFoodie是飲食業手機App應用的經典例子。

Shashank Bhatia 與 TechAhead合作,創造了一個非常簡單的移動應用“iFoodie”。iFoodie能為餐廳製作電子餐單,並讓客人透過它來點菜,請求侍應協助,結賬等。

客人只需要使用iFoodie掃描餐廳內的QR碼,餐廳的菜單便會自動下載到用戶的手機上。iFoodie程序更能通用於任何協作餐廳,不用用戶下載每家餐廳的手機應用,十分便利。

iFoodie利用了雲端技術,可減少應用程序的等待時間,提高顧客的滿意度,甚至能讓顧客擁有個性化的電子餐單。

該應用程序使點單程序更方便有趣,餐廳也不需要額外投資任何硬件。只需QR碼和客人的手機,便能為客人提供不一樣的用餐感受。更甚者,能為餐廳節省人力資源。

iFoodie所提供的服務全都是最基本:點餐、找侍應幫忙、結賬。但是卻提供了不一樣的用餐體驗。比起傳統,iFoodie讓客人「自力更新」。

One of the hottest new apps on the Hong Kong market is the SodaCard app. SodaCard is a rewards company that works with different restaurants and establishments around Hong Kong that provides rewards to customers based on their visits to each place. All Soda cards and the app are complimentary and are designed to be used at affiliated establishments to provide loyalty rewards. The customer receives points per check in with the app which provides location based services for checking in. The rewards are different at each establishment and being able to cash out the rewards is different as well.

For instance, if the customers have checked in and received a certain amount of points, there are different rewards with each establishment and a different reward system. Notably, it is easy to understand that with the more points collected the bigger the reward. For instance, Hokkaido Dairy Farm, whom is a restaurant member of the SodaCard App, offers milk teas, lunch sets and snacks as their rewards. It is to be noted that the SodaCard app only requires customers to check in at the establishments and does not require purchases.

The SodaCard app has checkin points available near a point of sale where the customers are encouraged to take a physical card or use their phone app to take a picture. Both foreign and local establishments have decided to get this app and help contribute to their business as well as the entire Hong Kong F&B market. The Soda app has been developed to drive brand loyalty and awareness in the region and it seems to be a success so far.

The SodaCard team created a sleek and sexy Soda app that keeps the customer engaged and visually pleased. The app is easy to access and streamlined so there is no questioning when it comes navigation. The app is delivered in Chinese or English and the app design is flawless in either language.

MyObservatory App is one of the most well known and widely used apps in the Hong Kong Market today. The app provides timely weather information about what is going on Hong Kong. The app was developed in Hong Kong by the government and was designed according to the layout of the current website. Although the design is a little outdated and not focused on ultimate user experience but it is functional and works on a multi-platforms and all different forms of phones. As design isn’t the main part of the HKO experience, the Hong Kong app has been made to deliver information timely and accurately.

The Hong Kong Observatory whom sends push through notifications is one of the most influential Hong Kong apps as the information it delivers is timely and important. The Hong Kong app design was made for more practical purposes as it was designed to be sent to an English and Chinese audience.

There is a big difference when it comes to design for the Chinese and English crowd. The Hong Kong app crowd seems to favor a more flashy and busy design for their audiences while the English speaking crowd seems to favor a simpler design. The Hong Kong app development seems to offer different designs for different languages which makes the app world a bit more interesting.
